The hotel breakfast offered a good variety of local ingredients.

The parking situation was quite challenging. There was very limited space available during check-in, leading to parking tickets for several guests.

the location was central, excellent close to everything in umea. what's more, it was near an extremely pleasant college town and the library and cultural center next door.

The staff - some of them were not so helpful.

All the facilities are overall nice, clean hotel, its location is marvellous and amazing in centre. The personnel is nice, and the atmosphere is quiet. There is a rich and delicious breakfast for a start. Offers perfect service and great food.

Can recommend for a short staycation

Unique ambiance, excellent breakfast, with a very good variety of options available including locally sourced ingredients that enhanced the quality.

The hotel was in an amazing and fantastic location, close to everything in Umea.

The location was absolutely perfect and stunning, walk from the train station. Ate at The Buffet at Bellagio, its approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The breakfast was really good, with an array of local ingredients in a beautifully designed space connected to a cultural house. The blend of history and modern design was good, and the close proximity to attractions.

Limited parking options.

I truly disliked the fact that the hotel is situated in the same building as a pub. The sound insulation was incredibly poor and I was kept awake not only during weekend nights, but also during for instance a Tuesday night.

The nautical theme throughout adds a charming unique touch, creating an atmosphere that's both cozy and engaging. Although the breakfast could use a bit more variety in beverages and fresh fruit, the quality made up for it. The hotel’s character and central location.

Easy to access town centre; good breakfasts; pleasant cooperative staff

No separate lounge or area for relaxation, conversation or business discussion over a drink or coffee; room rather old-fashoioned in a 'tired' kind of way, e.g. curtains off their curtain-rings; was expecting a grander hotel for the money. I would recommend on the basis of comments in the box above, only. Reason for choosing hotel - it was on the list given by our meeting organiser, and Best Western is (usually) better in the UK than Comfort.

Overall, the hotel was very nice, staff were very friendly, and the hotel was very clean and well kept.

Absoluteley shocked by the outdated furniture and the dust bunnies lurking in my room. Breakfast was a let down with tiny plates-what's next? Worst of all, I expected a complimentary gesture for my inconvenience, but it seems that everyone gets treated equally here, how disappointing. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Good location and veiw from room was very good

We stayed overnight on our trp to Stockholm with our dog. He liked the dog goodies very much! It was comfortable and quiet.
